SOUTH LONDON HOUSING
Whilst working as an architect at Levitt Bernstein Architects we were tasked with designing social/private housing across 4 sites in South London.
The design for this particular site references the local historical vernacular and the neighbouring existing 1960s towers.
Before the construction of the 1960s towers a row of large villa houses (now demolished) formed an edge to the site, the proposed urban strategy aims to reinstate this street edge with a row of new family town houses.
